PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> wsl -l --all
Windows Subsystem for Linux Distributions:
Ubuntu-20.04 (Default)
docker-desktop-data
PS C:\WINDOWS\system32>

Change default:
wsl -s <DistributionName> OR wsl --setdefault <DistributionName>
