Solution: Dell laptop cannot recognize fingerprint

My solution is to remove all existing fingerprint. I used to think the more fingerprint I store, the easier it recognizes me. This only applies to your mobile phone, not Dell laptops. To make things better, only add one fingerprint, I added my right hand thumb only and try to add it multiple times until Dell tells you the finger has already enrolled.
