Google Hosted Libraries and Cloudflare’s CDNJS
The Google Hosted Libraries is a content distribution network for the most popular, open-source JavaScript libraries. To add a library to your site, simply use<script> tags to include the library.

Cloudflare’s CDNJS boasts that it is in fact much faster than Google Hosted Libraries. It hosts much more javascript tools than what are available through Google. CDNJS seems to have a great selection. It also has the ability to add a library yourself via GitHub.
